RO Antiscalant is a highly effective liquid antiscalant/antifoulant developed to control scale precipitates and reduce particulate fouling within membrane separation systems. Use of this product provides longer run times and extended element life resulting in reduced operating and capital costs. Years of use in industrial applications show excellent results in membrane separation processes including reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) applications.

RO Antiscalant-BASF Antiprex 16ANTIPREX 16 is designed to give maximum protection against scale species forming in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration systems.
ANTIPREX 16 exerts a ‘threshold effect’on scale forming salts, increasing their solubility in both salt and fresh waters.
The following properties are typical properties of ANTIPREX 16 and should not be taken to represent a product specification which can be obtained on request.

Memtreat 3100 is recommended for use in RO system. Without some means of upstream scale inhibition, RO membranes and their flow passages will foul due to scale, the precipitation of sparingly soluble salts. Common examples of scale are calcium carbonate (CaCO3), calcium sulfate (CASO4), barium sulfate (BaSO4), and strontium sulfate (SrSO4). Less common but equally problematic are silica (SiO2) and calcium fluoride (CaF) scales.

| Memtreat 2100+ is co polymers blend with in built preservative for reverse osmosis applications. The product contains preventive antiscalent characteristic chemicals which will not allow scales to form inside the membrane. The product inhibits all types of sulphate, carbonates silicate and other organics scale of ca, mg & sn.
